Since 2004, Iulian Badea has been developing his own sound within the Romanian electronic music scene — a sound built on groove, bass and a love for keeping things unpredictable.

His sets blend RoMinimal, Micro-House, DeepTech, House and Techno, combining deep and rolling grooves with a technical mixing style and plenty of unexpected turns. For Iulian, no two sets should feel the same. The music, the room and the crowd always decide where the journey goes.

His productions and DJ sets have received support from some of the biggest names in electronic music, including Carl Cox, Archie Hamilton, wAFF, Riva Starr, Paco Osuna, Marco Carola, Joseph Capriati, Pan-Pot, Steve Lawler, Ferry Corsten, Claude VonStroke, Marco Faraone, Ilario Alicante and many more.

With releases across labels such as Deeperfect, Dilated Records, Under Pressure Recordings, Deeperdub, Voltaire Music, Great Stuff Recordings, Klaphouse Records, Baikonur Recordings, Selectro and others, Iulian continues to push his sound while staying true to where it all started.

20+ years behind the decks. One thing still matters: making people feel the music.
